State Street is seeking a skilled IAM Engineering Manager to lead the CIAM team, focusing on governance, provisioning, deprovisioning, and RBAC. The role blends hands-on engineering with strategic leadership across enterprise IAM initiatives and automation efforts.

You will collaborate with IT, security, and application teams, driving improvements in performance, security, and scalability while mentoring engineers and shaping IAM best practices.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of IAM principles: provisioning, de-provisioning, access reviews, RBAC, least privilege.
• Proven leadership and people management skills for high-performing teams.
• Familiarity with SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, LDAP/AD; REST API, SCIM, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).

Responsibilities

• Manage lifecycle integrations for IGA using ForgeRock and drive IAM program objectives.
• Design and implement IAM solutions and automate processes for efficiency and reliability.
• Analyze IAM issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement preventive solutions.
• Collaborate with IT, security, and business units to extend IAM controls enterprise-wide.
• Monitor IAM operations for SOP compliance and mentor junior engineers.
• Research emerging IAM trends and drive continuous engineering improvements.
• Create architecture diagrams and SOPs for IAM infrastructure maintenance.
