Job summary

PIMCO seeks an accomplished Vice President, Channel Marketing Manager to lead data-driven, multi-channel marketing for U.S. Global Wealth Management, leveraging AI and automation to drive growth and stronger client engagement across advisor channels.

Based in New York, you will own segmentation strategies, activate targeted campaigns, and collaborate with Sales, Digital, Content, Creative and Analytics teams to deliver integrated programs and a cohesive client experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• 8+ years of experience in asset management or financial services marketing.
• Experience developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that support growth.
• Familiarity with marketing tech, automation, and AI is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated, multi-channel marketing strategies aligned with growth objectives.
• Design and execute multi-year marketing plans for key client segments and distribution priorities.
• Own client segmentation and audience strategy, leveraging insights for targeted campaigns.
• Lead development and activation of programs that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.
• Partner with sales to translate business needs into actionable marketing strategies.
• Coordinate across Digital, Events, Content, Creative, Analytics to deliver cohesive experiences.
• Localize campaigns for regional relevance and measure performance with data-driven insights.
• Maintain a test-and-learn mindset to continually improve strategies and ROI.
