Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Change Execution Management Lead (Vice President) in Charlotte, NC to drive strategic initiatives at scale. You will convert priorities into actionable plans, align stakeholders across Product, Sales, Onboarding, Service, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Controls, and manage risks and dependencies for successful delivery.

You will lead governance processes, executive reporting, tollgates, and drive disciplined execution with strong ownership and client impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; likely 2+ years in related roles.
• Experience in mortgage banking, capital markets, or analytical fields.
• Experience with process improvement, product deployment, and risk/control frameworks.
• End-to-end process management and strong attention to detail.
• Proven ability to influence across stakeholder levels and deliver results.
• Familiarity with investor requirements and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead change execution for a portfolio of strategic initiatives with governance and readiness outcomes.
• Establish execution standards, plans, milestones, tollgates, and risk/issue management.
• Identify, track, and drive completion of deliverables with clear ownership and due dates.
• Build relationships with Product, Sales, Implementation, Onboarding, Service, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Risk and Controls.
• Facilitate senior-level discussions to align priorities and secure timely decisions.
• Own management reporting and executive communications with clear status and decisions.
• Run governance forums and tollgates and maintain portfolio hygiene in systems.
• Identify risks early and ensure mitigation plans and closure.
• Ensure operational readiness including onboarding and readiness for changes.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, Risk and Controls for governance throughout delivery.
• Improve change execution model with scalable governance and automation.
