Cloudflare, Inc. is seeking a visionary leader to manage the Cloudflare One Go-to-Market Specialist team across the United States, Canada, and Latin America.

You will partner with account executives, sales leadership, and Solutions Engineering to drive discovery, sales strategy, and execution while keeping account teams accountable for the broad customer relationship. This role owns AMER growth, shapes opportunity strategy, recruits and coaches GTM Specialists, and aligns cross-functional

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success leading GTM or enterprise sales teams.
• Experience leading an overlay organization or matrixed GTM model.
• Ability to influence without direct authority and coach value-based selling.
• Strong pipeline management, forecast discipline, and strategic execution.

Responsabilités

• Lead GTM Specialists partnering with account executives, sales leaders and Solutions Engineering.
• Recruit, coach, and set performance expectations for the GTM team.
• Own AMER growth: achieve Cloudflare One quota, build pipeline, acquire new customers.
• Shape opportunity strategy with account teams and drive executive alignment.
• Collaborate with Solutions Engineering on demos and proofs of concept.
• Advance AI adoption and secure access, data protection, and network modernization.
• Align cross-functional teams and ensure effective post-sales handoffs.
• Establish pipeline inspection, forecasting, and deal review practices.
• Leverage AI tools to improve research, preparation, and coaching.
• Travel: 25% - 50%.
