Job summary

Cathay Bank seeks a VP, Commercial Banking Client Service Manager to lead onboarding, implementation, and ongoing servicing for treasury management clients. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, deliver a premier client experience, and drive adoption of treasury solutions across ACH, wires, and digital platforms.

You will mentor onboarding staff, supervise technical support, and ensure alignment with security, regulatory, and policy requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 5-7 years of Treasury Management, Commercial Banking, Treasury Operations, Digital Banking, or Payment Services experience.
• Minimum 3 years of direct client onboarding, implementation, or technical support experience.
• Experience supporting commercial online banking platforms and treasury management systems.
• Experience with ACH, wires, positive pay, integrated payables, remote deposit capture, lockbox, and information reporting products.
• Experience working with treasury management system vendors, payment processors, and banking technology platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and implementation for treasury management relationships.
• Coordinate onboarding timelines, documentation, and client activation.
• Provide white-glove client service and identify efficiency opportunities.
• Troubleshoot treasury management system issues and support payments tools.
• Guide system configuration, security, and ERP integrations.
• Educate clients on fraud prevention and security controls.
• Mentor onboarding specialists and support project initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and risk controls.
