Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, accounting, or equivalent technical discipline.
• 3–5 years in treasury management or business banking operations in asset-heavy financial institutions.
• CTP or AAP designations are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison between Sales, Treasury Operations, Lending, Underwriting, Compliance, and Member Service teams to ensure onboarding and treasury implementations are completed on time.
• Lead end-to-end technical implementations for advanced treasury management suites as the main post-sale contact.
• Provide white-glove onboarding by creating timelines, risk matrices, and ACH/Positive Pay mapping tests.
• Educate business members on using treasury products via webinars or on-site visits in the Burbank area.
