Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Treasury Management Implementation Specialist to onboard customers to payables, receivables, and related financial products. You will serve as the primary contact during implementation, coordinating activities from sale to live use and ensuring solutions meet customer needs.

You will collaborate with internal partners and customers, monitor progress, and proactively address risks to deliver a smooth, timely onboarding experience with strong outcomes and relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Five or more years of related experience.
• Thorough knowledge of Treasury Management products and processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and implementation for Treasury Management customers, including payables, receivables, and other financial products.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer representatives throughout the implementation process via phone and email.
• Conduct onboarding activities, perform analysis, and coordinate implementation tasks from sale through customer use.
• Monitor and track implementation requests, timelines, and deliverables.
• Ensure product functionality aligns with customer requirements and business needs.
• Proactively identify, communicate, and escalate potential risks impacting implementation.
• Provide clear status updates to customers and internal partners.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships by delivering a high-quality onboarding experience.
