Job summary

Triumph Financial, Inc. is seeking a VP, Carrier Engagement & Adoption to lead growth, product adoption, and monetization across the carrier product portfolio.

You will own strategies to drive activation, retention, and revenue while creating a seamless journey from onboarding to long-term advocacy. The role requires expertise in growth mechanics, marketplace dynamics, and product-led growth, with a track record of turning engagement into measurable business outcomes in digital platforms or B2B

Qualifications

• Ten or more years of leadership experience in growth, product engagement, digital adoption, or related roles.
• Proven ability to drive adoption, retention, and monetization in a digital product, marketplace, or B2B SaaS environment.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and reporting to senior leaders across Product, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Analytics, and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Own growth funnel performance from acquisition through onboarding, activation, retention, referral, and expansion.
• Drive onboarding conversion and reduce time-to-value for carriers using Triumph digital products.
• Improve feature discovery and adoption across LoadPay and related carrier-facing products.
