Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Vice President, Product Manager for the Card Authorizations Team. You will drive end-to-end execution of the product vision, align with roadmaps, and lead teams across Product, Technology, Data, and Business stakeholders.

You will maintain the product strategy, develop business architectures, and ensure solutions align with firm-wide objectives while guiding agile and waterfall execution across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Leader, Business Architect, or Business Analyst with 7+ years in product management or related domain.
• Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to mentor teams.
• Strong understanding of business processes, systems, and technology in banking/payments.
• Excellent analytical and stakeholder communication skills at all levels.
• Ability to build relationships with a wide range of partners across the firm.
• Experience with business modeling tools and methodologies, and strong PM capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Area Product Owner to identify new product opportunities via user research and discovery.
• Architect business solutions aligned with strategic objectives and business goals.
• Conduct detailed business and technical analysis to document requirements and solutions.
• Build relationships with Product, Technology, Data, and Business partners; coordinate with engineering leads.
• Maintain knowledge of area product vision, strategy, and roadmap; oversee capabilities models.
• Ensure technology solutions align with business needs and capabilities with IT teams.
• Facilitate workshops to gather requirements, drive consensus, and analyze business needs.
• Monitor industry trends and best practices to stay competitive.
• Document business architecture, processes, and analysis findings.
• Focus on risk and controls; coordinate impacts across teams with various leads.
• Monitor Jira hygiene and enforce Jira standards for IT and non-IT work.
• Manage the product roadmap to align with budget and team availability.
• Oversee release management and proactive issue identification/management.
• Support Agility Lead in driving continuous improvements for agile effectiveness.
• Manage dependencies inside and outside the product area.
