Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Vice President, Merchant Experience Product Manager within Lifestyle to create the product vision and roadmap for card-linked offers and marketing strategies. You will oversee capabilities balancing security, governance and regulatory requirements with a high-growth business case.

You will lead cross-functional teams, translate requirements into initiatives and ensure delivery across multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Product Management experience within marketing, advertising or tech teams.
• Experience building data products with Data Scientists to drive AI/ML initiatives.
• Strong ability to balance strategic vision with tangible execution.
• Experience with ad tech, digital marketing or consulting is preferred.
• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field is required.

Responsibilities

• Identify stakeholder needs, research capabilities, and develop a roadmap for an executable plan in a complex environment.
• Define Ad tech components for audience segment creation, identity graph, forecasting, catalog, ad decisioning, and reporting.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, analysts, data owners, and tech leads to create advanced data products using analytics and AI.
• Manage broad stakeholder groups across product, sales, marketing, architecture, eng, and controls to find optimal solutions.
• Work with governance bodies to ensure solutions comply with JPMorganChase governance and regulatory obligations.
