Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Product Manager to identify opportunities via user research and discovery.
• Architect business solutions aligned with strategic objectives and processes.
• Document detailed business requirements, processes, and solutions.
• Build relationships with Product, Tech, Data, and Business partners; keep stakeholders informed.
• Maintain knowledge of product vision, strategy, and roadmaps; manage dependencies.
• Develop and maintain business architecture and capability models.
• Ensure IT solutions align with business needs and risk controls; monitor Jira use and governance.
• Support release management and cross-team coordination; drive agile improvement.
