Job summary

Acuity Inc. is seeking a Vice President of Sales – Commercial & Industrial to lead North America and Latin America, accelerating market penetration by strengthening the independent sales network and driving data-driven decisions.

You will partner with channel partners, distributors, and end-users to define go-to-market priorities, build leadership bench, and align with Acuity Brands Lighting and the broader organization. Travel to client sites and markets will be integral to success.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in the lighting/electrical or similar industry.
• Charismatic leader with excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Bias toward action with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing sales organization and independent sales network.
• Define go-to-market strategy aligned with ABL and Acuity Inc.
• Build bench strength and succession planning for leadership roles.
• Drive channel partnerships and grow market share and profitability.
• Engage with partners and end-users to gather market feedback.
• Forecast and present sales trends to stakeholders.
