Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in sales, account management, or business development in the lighting industry
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across multiple levels of the organization.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory or account plans aligned to business objectives.
• Drive revenue growth through pipeline development, opportunity management, and disciplined closing activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
• Analyze sales performance, pipeline health, and market trends to identify risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing, Product, Operations, and Finance, to deliver customer solutions.
