Sedgwick is seeking a Vice President of Business Transformation to lead major processes and partner with senior leaders to drive strategic initiatives across the business unit. You will oversee programs, ensure alignment with enterprise goals, and foster accountability through data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management or related discipline preferred.
• Ten years of related experience in business transformation, with several years in a management role with significant impact.
• Experience in management consulting and/or enterprise transformation in B2B environments is required.

Responsibilities

• Leads transformation initiatives that support business unit growth objectives and deliver measurable impact.
• Partners with divisional and functional leaders to identify high-value initiatives.
• Designs and delivers transformation programs coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Leads process redesign with data-driven thinking and technology enablement.
• Accelerates deployment of innovative solutions with technology and business leaders.
• Applies analytical rigor to diagnose root causes and inform decisions.
• Drives adoption and change management with stakeholder engagement.
• Serves as trusted advisor with executive presence and clear communication.
• Tracks outcomes and embeds continuous improvement across efforts.
