Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, or management preferred.
• Ten (10) years of related experience in business transformation with significant management impact.
• Experience in management consulting and/or enterprise transformation in B2B environments.
• Experience in financial services (insurance, banking) highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partners with divisional and functional leaders to focus on high-value initiatives.
• Designs and delivers transformation programs with cross-functional coordination.
