Eurest in Denver, CO, is seeking a Vice President of Operations to provide strategic leadership across a portfolio of client accounts. You will drive operational excellence, financial performance, and talent development, leading 50+ accounts with a team of District Managers and up to 400 managers and associates.

Based in Denver, you will travel approximately 25% to oversee operations and foster client relationships, safety, and compliance while partnering with HR, Culinary, Finance, and Sales to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Culinary degree is a plus.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in foodservice hospitality management.
• Proven ability to manage large, multi-site operations and executive teams.
• Experience managing budgets and revenue of at least $35 million.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of District Managers, Regional Directors and Operations leaders across multiple client locations.
• Achieve financial goals including revenue growth, profitability, cost management, and budget adherence.
• Develop and maintain executive-level client relationships to ensure retention and growth.
• Drive operational excellence by implementing best practices and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety programs, food safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with Human Resources to recruit, develop, and retain top talent.
• Collaborate with Business Development to support retention and new opportunities.
• Champion company culture, leadership development, and succession planning.
