7+ years of hands-on B2B sales or advisory experience driving full lifecycle deals.
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.
Proven track record in consultative selling and closing large engagements.

Responsabilités

Develop and execute a go-to-market plan to grow market share in senior living, healthcare, and hospitality.
Lead prospecting, executive discovery, solution design, and deal closure end-to-end.
Create tailored proposals, pricing strategies, and compelling business cases.
Own contract negotiation and handoff to implementation teams.
Maintain CRM records, forecasts, and deal progression across the sales cycle.
Engage CEOs, CFOs, and executives to address operational and cultural challenges.
Collaborate with cross-brand leadership to align messaging and opportunities.
