Job summary

Experience Senior Living LLC seeks a Vice President, Culinary to guide the culinary vision and dining strategy across its communities. This role leads senior culinary teams, sets standards, and partners with Operations, Health & Wellness, and Development to elevate resident dining while controlling costs and maintaining quality.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of multi-site leadership in hospitality or foodservice, strong financial acumen, and the ability to travel regularly.

Qualifications

• Ten-plus years of progressive culinary, hospitality, or foodservice leadership experience.
• Experience leading multi-site or portfolio-wide culinary programs.
• Strong understanding of food and labor cost management, budgeting, purchasing, and inventory control.
• Ability to develop and execute culinary strategy across locations and markets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the organization’s culinary and dining strategy across the portfolio.
• Establish and monitor culinary KPIs related to food cost, labor, and resident satisfaction.
• Oversee budgets and ensure performance against financial targets.
• Standardize processes, systems, and operating procedures across communities.
• Lead menu development, recipe standards, and culinary programming.
• Mentor Executive Chefs, Culinary Directors, and regional leaders.
• Collaborate with Operations, Health & Wellness, People, and Development teams.
• Oversee vendor relationships and supply chain management.
