Job summary

S³, Inc. is seeking a Vice President of Business Development for Missiles, Space, and Aviation acquisition programs to build long-term client relationships and drive growth across DoW and legacy programs.

This role reports to AED and is not a telework position. With a $10,000 hire-in bonus and a focus on securing contracts of $100M+, you will lead strategic capture, pricing, and proposal efforts across Army, AF, Navy, MDA, and Space Command customers from Huntsville, AL, and other CONUS sites as

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 20+ years in DoW contract operations.
• 15+ years supporting RSA missile, space, aviation customers tech services.
• 10+ years as a DoW technical services Capture Manager.

Responsibilities

• Present and brief senior leadership on opportunities at bid board meetings.
• Lead proposal management and capture efforts to maximize win probability.
• Develop and maintain relationships that drive repeat contracts and new programs.
