Qualifications

• Executive-level business development experience in medical device, contract manufacturing, or FDA-regulated industries.
• Minimum 10 years in business development, strategic account management, or commercial leadership.
• Proven track record of generating new business and securing complex manufacturing programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies that align with long-term objectives.
• Identify opportunities in medical device, life sciences, and regulated markets.
• Lead opportunities from initial engagement through contract award.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Finance to craft competitive proposals.
• Manage pricing strategy, business cases, and contract negotiations.
