Gallagher in Boston seeks a Vice President of Business Development to lead client strategy and account leadership for a large, critical book of business. You will shape client plans, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and drive growth through strategic pursuits.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 3+ years in client service or 8+ years in related fields, strong Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to travel up to 25%.

Competenze

• Required: Bachelor's degree with 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience, or High School degree/GED with 8+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to travel up to 25%.
• Proper licensing as required and strong communication skills.

Mansioni

• Leads client meetings and acts as main client contact for book of business.
• Negotiates and sells lines of insurance to clients as appropriate.
• Mentors junior team members including Account Coordinators and Account Managers.
• Develops tailored EB programs and reviews methods of handling risks for clients.
• Analyzes data to draft client service plans and stewardship reports.
