Job summary

Gallagher seeks a Vice President of Business Development to lead client strategy and growth within employer-based healthcare plans. You will own major client relationships, design programs and enrollment options, and guide senior teams in delivering value for a large book of business.

The role requires strategic vision, advanced relationship management, and the ability to translate complex insurance concepts into actionable plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
• Producer's License required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead client support for a large book of business and act as main client contact.
• Manage enrollment processes, audits, and program options for clients.
• Mentor junior team members including Account Coordinators and Account Managers.
• Develop client strategies and prepare stewardship reports for leadership review.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and effective communication with clients and carriers.
