WCG Clinical, Inc. is seeking a VP, Business Development - Ethical Review (IRB and IBC) to lead the national sales organization and drive revenue growth across IRB and IBC services.

You will shape the sales strategy and forge strategic partnerships with clients in life sciences. This role partners with the Chief Growth Officer and senior leaders to deliver data-driven solutions, manage a high-performing team, and ensure alignment with corporate objectives while navigating a complex regulatory

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial leadership selling enterprise services.
• At least 5 years in senior commercial roles within life sciences.
• Minimum of 5 years managing direct reports.
• Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets.
• Deep understanding of the clinical trial ecosystem and commercialization lifecycle.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical and financial acumen.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy across pharma, biotech, and CRO markets.
• Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team including VPs and directors.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Operations to align GTM strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, industry stakeholders, and partners.
• Monitor pipeline health and forecasting; take corrective actions as needed.
