Ontra is seeking a VP of Marketing to lead a global function reporting to our Chief Revenue Officer. This leader will unite demand generation, product marketing, content, brand, events, and communications under a data-driven operating plan to accelerate growth.

The role requires 12+ years in B2B marketing with 5+ years leading multi-disciplinary teams, and 3+ years marketing services to enterprise buyers, ideally in legal tech or private markets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a 12-person marketing team across sub-functions.
• Set annual targets for marketing-sourced pipeline and revenue.
• Design a segmented demand generation strategy across NAMER and EMEA.
• Lead positioning, messaging, and content strategy for Ontra.
• Align with Sales, Customer Experience, Product, Partnerships, and GTM Operations to optimize down-funnel performance.
