Job summary

OneApp seeks a Vice President, Business Intelligence & Analytics to build and lead an enterprise BI function. Reporting to the COO, this executive will translate data into strategic actions across renter, partner, product, and financial lifecycle.

This is not a traditional reporting role; it creates the strategy, governance, operating model, and executive decision-support that enable scale, measure impact, and drive accountable learning across the organization.

Qualifications

• Executive-level communication and judgment required for cross-functional leadership.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into business decisions.
• Experience recruiting, developing, and mentoring analytic talent.
• Hands-on builder mindset; capable of shaping teams, processes and governance.
• Ability to influence across Finance, Ops, Product, Engineering, and GTM teams.

Responsibilities

• Define the enterprise BI strategy, 12-month roadmap, operating model, governance framework, and quality standards.
• Establish shared KPI definitions, ownership, documentation, and trusted sources of truth.
• Prioritize analytical questions and connect renter, partner, product, go-to-market, risk, operational, and financial signals.
• Build executive business-health view and proactive monitoring for changes, risks, and opportunities.
• Translate analysis into clear recommendations, accountable action, and measurable learning.
• Partner with Product and Engineering on instrumentation, data quality, and architecture dependencies.
• Design and build the BI team, analyst structure, tooling, cadence, and talent strategy.
• Create an enterprise BI partnership model balancing central governance with department ownership.
