Job summary

OneApp is seeking a Vice President, Business Intelligence & Analytics in Portland, OR, to design and lead an enterprise BI function. This hybrid role reports to the COO and aligns data strategy with renter, partner, product, and business lifecycle decisions.

The successful candidate will define governance, KPI standards, and an operating model, while building a high-performing BI team to enable proactive, evidence-based leadership across the organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in BI, analytics, or decision-support leadership.
• Proven track record building or transforming an enterprise BI function.
• Strong business and financial acumen across multiple functions.
• Executive communication to frame trade-offs and drive decisions.
• Hands-on builder mindset suitable for scaling a growth company.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise BI strategy, 12-month roadmap, governance, and quality standards.
• Set KPI definitions, ownership, and single sources of truth across the company.
• Prioritize analytics questions linking renter, partner, product, risk, and finance signals.
• Create an executive health view with proactive monitoring of changes and risks.
• Translate analysis into clear recommendations and measurable actions.
• Partner with Product & Engineering on instrumentation, data quality, and architecture.
• Design BI team, analyst structure, tooling, cadence, and talent strategy.
• Build enterprise partnerships: BI supports decisions while leaders own execution.
