One Park Financial is seeking a VP of Credit & Business Intelligence to lead the Credit Policy & Analytics team. Qualifications

• Bachelor's in a quantitative field required or equivalent experience.
• 8–10 years in credit/analytics with SMB risk focus preferred.
• Strong knowledge of underwriting using data sources and risk modeling.

Responsibilities

• Own Credit Policy & Analytics across the organization, including origination, portfolio monitoring, and loss forecasting.
• Lead development and validation of AI/ML models to expand SMB access to credit.
• Develop and maintain portfolio KPIs and analytics cadence.
• Support BI rhythms and data-driven decision making across operations.
• Partner with Product, Engineering and Operations to productionize decision engines.
