SavATree is seeking a Director of Business Intelligence & Analytics to lead a scalable, enterprise reporting and analytics function across our multi-unit services organization. This leader will define KPI frameworks, govern definitions, and design a BI environment to serve executives, field leaders, and teams.

The role emphasizes business and financial acumen, BI architecture, product thinking, and the ability to direct technical delivery without being a data engineering heavy role.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in BI/analytics/FP&A with leadership responsibility.
• Experience designing and scaling enterprise BI/reporting environments.
• Strong SQL and advanced Excel abilities.
• Familiarity with Sigma, Power BI, Tableau or equivalent.
• Experience in multi-unit, complex services environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evolve a scalable enterprise BI/reporting architecture across divisions and locations.
• Lead the reporting reset, consolidating metrics and tying reporting to financial results.
• Design models to survive ERP changes and reconcile across divisions.
• Establish governed self-service analytics with balance of accessibility and data integrity.
• Partner with IT to align BI solutions with enterprise architecture and data standards.
• Lead external delivery partners and translate priorities into a disciplined roadmap.
• Ensure QA, data-quality, deployment practices, and stakeholder adoption.
