Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Vice President to join the U.S. Benefits Design and Strategy team to evaluate, launch, and scale healthcare initiatives aimed at improving employee health outcomes.

You will blend strategy, analytics, and hands-on execution, lead cross-functional delivery, manage annual cost projections, and oversee Benefit program changes in a fast-paced, large-employer environment.

Requires a Bachelor's degree and 6+ years in corporate benefits or health plan analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 6+ years in corporate benefits or health plan/insurance with analytics focus.
• Deep understanding of the healthcare marketplace and large employer plans.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to lead independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and monitor metrics to measure performance of benefits offerings.
• Lead annual healthcare cost projection cycle with actuarial consultants.
• Operationalize rate changes across Finance and Benefits systems for enrollment.
• Research and evaluate ad hoc benefits offerings and quantify value.
• Analyze healthcare data to generate insights and present recommendations.
• Manage cross-functional deliverables and support risk/compliance.
• Collaborate with partners across benefits, wellness, HR, IT, and legal.
