Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Vice President on the U.S. Benefits Design and Strategy team to blend strategy, analytics and hands-on execution. You will evaluate, launch, measure, and scale U.S. healthcare initiatives aimed at improving employee health outcomes and the healthcare experience.

You will partner with actuarial consultants, lead cost projections, and drive cost-management across benefits programs in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• 6+ years in corporate benefits, benefits consulting, or health plan/insurance with strategic, metric-driven roles.
• Actuarial and financial analysis experience is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Define and monitor metrics to evaluate benefits performance across vendors and programs.
• Lead annual healthcare cost projection cycles with actuaries; present data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.
• Operationalize rate changes across Finance and Benefits systems for annual enrollment.
• Evaluate ad hoc benefits offerings and prepare materials for leadership review.
• Analyze healthcare datasets to generate insights and inform program strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional deliverables with internal and external stakeholders; support risk/compliance.
• Collaborate with teams across benefits data, delivery, finance, HR tech, IT security, legal, and sourcing.
