• Define and lead the strategic vision for the Client Delivery Team.

• Elevate the customer experience across the client lifecycle.
• Oversee onboarding, billing, premium processing, and servicing with quality and timeliness.
• Partner with Underwriting, Enrollment Solutions, Technology and field distribution.
