Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in insurance, employee benefits, or related environments.
• 5+ years in a leadership role with direct accountability for client onboarding and servicing or benefit administration.

• Define and lead the strategic vision for the Client Delivery Team, aligned with business objectives and growth priorities.
• Translate strategy into service priorities, delivery plans, and measurable outcomes.
• Establish a scalable client delivery model for service excellence and growth.
• Drive cross-functional alignment around service strategy and customer-centric decision making.
• Champion a best-in-class customer experience across the full client lifecycle.
• Identify opportunities to simplify service interactions and reduce friction for clients and brokers.
• Develop and monitor service metrics and KPIs to evaluate performance.
• Partner with teams to address root causes of service challenges and implement improvements.
• Lead end-to-end client onboarding and servicing with focus on quality and timeliness.
• Oversee governance, KPIs, SLAs, and integration of TPAs and partners.
