Job summary

Exoben Inc. is seeking a highly experienced VP, Battery Manufacturing to lead and scale battery production operations in the United States.

You will build scalable processes from pilot to full-scale facilities, ensuring high quality at competitive cost while working with cell engineering, systems integration and supply chain teams. This executive role focuses on execution, scale, and operational discipline, with responsibility for delivering manufacturing excellence across LithioX and SodioX

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering (Master's preferred).
• 12–15 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in batteries or automotive.
• Experience setting up and scaling production lines or facilities.
• Understand battery manufacturing processes including cell production and assembly.
• Experience with automation, quality control systems and process optimization.

Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced and execution-focused VP, Battery Manufacturing to lead Exoben’s battery production operations.

In this role, you will be responsible for building and scaling manufacturing processes from pilot production to full-scale facilities.

You will ensure that battery cells and packs are produced efficiently, at high quality and at competitive cost.

You will work closely with cell engineering, systems integration and supply chain teams to ensure a smooth transition from design to mass production.

This role is focused on execution, scale and operational discipline.

Key Responsibilities

You will lead the development and scaling of battery manufacturing operations across LithioX™ and SodioX™ platforms.

Qualifications

You have a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field. A Master’s degree is an advantage. A PhD is preferred.

You have 12 to 15 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in batteries, automotive or high-tech industries.

Experience setting up and scaling production lines or manufacturing facilities.

Understand battery manufacturing processes including cell production and assembly.

Have experience with automation, quality control systems and process optimization.

You are practical, organized and focused on results.

You are a strong leader with clear communication skills.
