Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Battery Design Engineer to support the development of Exoben’s battery systems.

In this role, you will work on designing battery structures, layouts and components that deliver strong performance and reliability.

You will focus on how battery cells are arranged, connected and integrated into usable systems.

You will work closely with cell engineering, systems integration and manufacturing teams to ensure designs are practical and scalable.

This role requires strong engineering skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

You will design battery systems and layouts for LithioX and SodioX platforms.

You will define cell arrangement, module structure and overall battery architecture.

You will ensure designs meet performance, safety and efficiency targets.

You will work with thermal and electrical teams to optimize system performance.

Qualifications

You have a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field. A Master’s degree is an advantage. A PhD is preferred.

You have strong understanding of battery structures and system integration.

You are detail-oriented and focused on performance and reliability.

You are practical and able to solve real engineering problems.
