These facilities, often referred to as gigafactories, are critical to meeting demand across energy storage, solar systems and EV infrastructure.
Operating these facilities requires strong leadership, coordination and operational excellence.
We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Gigafactory Operations Manager to lead large-scale manufacturing operations at Exoben.
In this role, you will oversee the entire facility, including production, workforce management, logistics and operational efficiency.
You will ensure that production targets are met while maintaining safety, quality and cost control.
You will coordinate across multiple teams including production, engineering, supply chain and maintenance.
This role ensures Exoben’s manufacturing facilities operate at full capacity.
You lead the execution of large-scale production.
Your work enables global delivery of Exoben’s products.
