Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Cell Manufacturing Engineer to lead and optimize battery cell production at Exoben.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and refining manufacturing processes that ensure high-quality, consistent and scalable battery cell production.

You will work across all stages of cell fabrication, including electrode preparation, coating, drying, assembly and formation.

You will collaborate closely with R&D, production and quality teams to ensure that new designs can be efficiently scaled into manufacturing while maintaining performance and reliability standards.

Key Responsibilities

You will design and optimize battery cell manufacturing processes.

You will oversee electrode fabrication including mixing, coating and drying.

You will improve cell assembly processes to ensure precision and consistency.

Qualifications

You have a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science or a related field. A Master’s degree is an advantage. A PhD is preferred.

You have experience in battery manufacturing or high-precision production environments.

You understand electrode processing, cell assembly and formation techniques.

You are analytical, detail-oriented and process-focused.

You are able to connect research with scalable production.
