Job summary

Synchrony is seeking a VP, Cloud Product Manager to lead the AWS Cloud Migration Program, shaping strategy, roadmaps, and execution for migrating applications to the cloud. You will steer cross-functional efforts with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver cloud transformation initiatives that meet business goals.

The role requires strong leadership, technical acumen, and experience in cloud-based product management, with a focus on compliance and governance across enterprise

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 12 years of IT experience, OR in lieu of a Degree minimum of 14 years of experience in an IT environment.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a large complex organization.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product management or a related field, with experience in cloud-based products or infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for cloud based products and services.
• Develop and maintain the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business value and customer feedback.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development and delivery.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with product goals.
• Oversee the product development process and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Monitor product performance and present reports to senior leadership.
• Continuously evaluate and enhance product processes for efficiency.
