Job summary

Synchrony is seeking a VP, Cloud Product Manager to lead our AWS Cloud Migration Program, shaping the strategic vision and execution of application migrations to the cloud. You will partner with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to drive cloud transformation aligned with business goals.

You will own the product roadmap, manage diverse IT teams, ensure compliance, and champion autonomous, high-performing teams while delivering timely, high-quality cloud products and features.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 12+ years IT experience (or 14 years without a degree).
• 7+ years of experience in a large, complex organization.
• 3–5 years in product management or related field with cloud product experience.
• Strong understanding of AWS, containerization, Dev/Infra Ops, and migrations/modernization.
• SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager Certification and AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner.
• Willingness to travel for business as required.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for cloud-based products and services.
• Develop and maintain the product roadmap with prioritized features and enhancements.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver product development.
• Oversee the development process ensuring timely, high-quality delivery and governance compliance.
• Monitor performance, usage, and customer feedback; report to senior leadership.
• Lead cross-functional teams and evangelize autonomous, empowered work.
