Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior-level leader to drive Synchrony's AWS Cloud Migration Program. You will define the product vision, align roadmaps with business objectives, and partner with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver cloud-based products.

The role requires strong strategic thinking, cross-functional leadership, and a track record in cloud migrations and analytics. Remote-friendly with enterprise-scale responsibilities and continuous improvement focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and extensive IT experience or equivalent professional background.
• 7+ years in a large complex organization with 3–5 years in product management or cloud products.
• SAFe PO/PM certification and AWS Cloud Practitioner certification are required or highly preferred.
• Strong ability to lead cross-functionally and manage migrations and modernization.

Responsibilities

• Lead Synchrony's AWS Cloud Migration Program with strategic planning and execution.
• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for cloud-based products and services.
• Align product strategy with enterprise cloud objectives and business goals.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver features.
• Gather requirements, manage stakeholders, and maintain alignment with goals.
• Oversee cross-functional teams and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Maintain Jira Align Epics and Features; monitor performance metrics.
