Job summary

TaskUs seeks a Senior Director/VP of Autonomous Vehicle & Robotics Operations to lead end-to-end AV/robotics delivery and P&L across global sites. You will set the operating model, build leadership, and ensure safety, quality, and client outcomes while scaling programs to meet growing demand.

The role requires 12+ years in operations leadership, including 5+ years in autonomous systems, with a track record of scaling operations and managing large, distributed teams.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of operations leadership experience (15+ for VP) in safety-critical, technology-driven settings.
• Direct experience running remote assistance, teleoperation, fleet operations, or data operations for AV/robotics.
• Proven ability to scale operations from pilot to commercial deployment with measurable improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery and P&L for multi-site AV and robotics programs with revenue and margin accountability.
• Design scalable 24/7 workflows for remote assistance, teleoperation, fleet support, data collection and review.
• Establish safety processes, incident management, root-cause analysis and audit readiness.
