Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant experience in financial services or operations.
• Series 99 license required or willing to obtain within 180 days of employment.
• Strong leadership, governance, and risk management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Team Manager for onshore and offshore resources handling WM Income events.
• Oversee income event lifecycle steps: announcement validation, client notifications, elections, payments and reconciliations.
• Drive AI and automation adoption across the team.
• Engage with fleet product owners on asset servicing technology roadmap.
• Lead process re-engineering, improvement, automation, project management and testing across multiple teams.
• Ensure governance, manage KRIs, and escalate issues as needed.
• Provide senior escalation point and operational risk control support.
• Apply regulated financial industry experience to shape operating models.
• Stay current with trends including digital assets, extended trading, and embedding AI.
