Job summary

Equitable Facilities Fund (EFF) is seeking a Vice President, Asset Management to lead the full lifecycle of portfolio oversight for high-impact charter school financing. You will monitor performance, manage covenants, and produce investor-ready reports while guiding strategic initiatives and technology enhancements.

The role requires deep credit and portfolio expertise, with responsibility for governance, risk mitigation, and external relations, reporting to the Partner & Principal, Asset

Qualifications

• 15+ years of professional experience in asset management, lending, or related fields.
• 5+ years in senior charter school lending, credit, or portfolio management roles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee annual and ongoing portfolio review processes, monitoring financial performance, enrollment trends, and academic outcomes.
• Develop risk monitoring frameworks, dashboards, and metrics to identify borrower risks.
• Lead remediation of covenant breaches, financial distress, and other borrower performance issues.
• Coordinate with legal, auditors, and advisors on compliance and risk mitigation.
• Support rating agency communications and investor-related reporting.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve portfolio processes and technology.
