Job summary

Eqfund is seeking a Vice President of Asset Management to lead portfolio oversight and ensure high-impact charter schools receive sustainable financing. This role involves comprehensive monitoring, strategic risk management, and relationship building with rating agencies.

Compensation includes a competitive salary of $171,013 - $206,800 with potential bonuses. Willingness to travel nationwide is required.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of overall professional experience.
• 5+ years in senior charter school lending, credit, asset management or related roles.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial statement review.
• Outstanding relationship management skills and project management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee EFF’s annual and ongoing portfolio review process.
• Lead assessment and remediation of covenant breaches.
• Direct all aspects of borrower covenant monitoring.
• Develop strategies to strengthen EFF’s credit profile.
