Job summary

Equitable Facilities Fund is seeking a Vice President, Asset Management to lead the full lifecycle of the portfolio, monitor covenant compliance, and present investor-ready reporting. Reporting to the Principal, Asset Management, this role blends financial rigor with mission-driven capital deployment to support high-impact charter schools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 15+ years of professional experience overall.
• 5+ years in senior charter school lending, credit, asset management, or portfolio management.
• Strong analytical skills with experience reviewing financial statements and loan performance.
• Ability to identify risks and communicate recommendations to stakeholders.
• Excellent written and oral communication and relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee annual and ongoing portfolio review processes with performance, enrollment, and outcomes tracking.
• Direct covenant monitoring, compliance management, and reporting obligations across the portfolio.
• Lead modernization of asset management infrastructure, tools, and dashboards.
• Serve as primary relationship manager with rating agencies and prepare investor materials.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for portfolio initiatives, compliance projects, and borrower support.
