Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
• Proven ability to perform rigorous credit and financial analysis for loan investments.
• Experience with charter school finance and impact investing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead structuring, underwriting, and preparing 10–12 transactions annually for Credit Committee approval.
• Act as the key contact for schools through underwriting and coordinate with Lending, School Outreach, and Asset Management teams.
• Develop and refine systems and processes, including AI-enabled tooling, to improve lending efficiency and impact.
