Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Industrial or Systems Engineering or closely related discipline.
• 10+ years of post-education experience in related roles.
• Minimum of 8 years directly managing hands-on maintenance teams in asset-intensive orgs.
• Proven track record in heavy maintenance operations.
• Experience implementing maintenance strategies and organizational changes.
• Experience with condition-based or reliability-centered maintenance programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the AMBA Maintenance Advisory Practice within Management Consulting and Advisory Services.
• Originate, sell, and deliver Maintenance Advisory work by building trusted client relationships.
• Provide executive-level strategic advice on maintenance-related trends and methodologies.
• Serve as proposal lead and technical advisor on maintenance projects, ensuring clear objectives and timelines.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to develop high-quality deliverables and maintenance plans.
• Mentor project teams, foster collaboration, and drive a high-performance culture.
