Job summary

WSP US Advisory seeks a senior leader to head the AMBA Maintenance Advisory Practice within Management Consulting. You will shape strategy, grow client relationships, originate and sell work, and guide high-quality delivery across transit, highways, aviation, and other infrastructure sectors.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, mentor staff, advance maintenance-related methodologies, and ensure execution of reliability-centered and preventive maintenance programs to improve safety,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Industrial or Systems Engineering or closely related discipline.
• 10+ years of post-education experience in related role.
• Experience leading hands-on maintenance teams in asset-intensive organizations.
• Proven track record in heavy maintenance operations and maintenance strategy implementation.
• Experience developing and overseeing condition-based or reliability-centered maintenance programs.
• Strong presentation, communication, and client-relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the AMBA Maintenance Advisory Practice within Management Consulting and Advisory Services.
• Originate, sell, and deliver Maintenance Advisory work by developing client relationships and pursuing opportunities.
• Provide executive-level strategic advice on maintenance trends and methodologies; lead client meetings and workshops.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality maintenance deliverables including RCM, PM optimization, and asset lifecycle planning.
• Mentor project teams, foster a collaborative culture, and ensure quality, accountability and professional growth.
