Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a senior leader to manage the Asset Management Business Advisory (AMBA) Maintenance Advisory Practice within Management Consulting. You will shape strategy, originate and sell work, and lead cross-disciplinary teams to deliver high-value maintenance solutions across transit, highways, aviation, and utilities.

You will drive client relationships, provide executive guidance on maintenance trends, and mentor staff while advancing movements in risk reduction and service

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Industrial or Systems Engineering.
• 10+ years of post-education experience in related roles.
• Minimum of 8 years directly managing hands-on maintenance teams or equivalent.
• Proven track record running heavy maintenance operations.
• Experience in developing and overseeing CBM/RCM maintenance programs.
• Strong KPI focus: MTBF, maintenance cost optimization, PM on-time.
• Experience using asset hierarchies and data standards in EAM systems.
• Experience pursuing new business opportunities and winning maintenance work.
• Excellent facilitation, presentation and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and asset lifecycle cost analysis capabilities.
• Preferred MS in Engineering Management, Asset Management, or Reliability Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Develop opportunities and lead strategic consulting services for Maintenance Advisory.
• Originate, sell, and deliver Maintenance Advisory work with trusted client relationships.
• Provide executive-level strategic advice to clients and leadership.
• Serve as proposal lead and technical advisor on maintenance projects.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to develop high-quality deliverables.
• Lead and mentor project teams fostering a high-performance culture.
• Lead Reliability-Centered Maintenance studies and FMEA across sectors.
• Develop maintenance methodologies and conduct internal training.
• Design full life-cycle maintenance and overhaul strategies.
• Optimize preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
• Adhere to the Code of Conduct and company policies.
• Perform additional responsibilities as required by business needs.
