Job summary

WSP US Advisory seeks a leader to head the AMBA Maintenance Advisory Practice within Management Consulting. You will shape strategy, grow client relationships, originate and sell maintenance advisory work, and guide high‑quality delivery across transit, highways, aviation, ports, energy, water and utilities.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, mentor staff, advance maintenance excellence, and ensure execution of maintenance optimization, reliability‑centered maintenance, and asset lifecycle

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Industrial or Systems Engineering or closely related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience leading hands‑on maintenance teams and multi‑million dollar asset programs.
• Experience implementing maintenance strategies and keeping KPIs.
• Strong presentation and communication skills with client leadership.
• Experience with asset data standards and RAM/maintenance analytics systems like EAM.

Responsibilities

• Develop opportunities and lead strategic consulting services for Maintenance Advisory across multiple sectors.
• Originate, sell, and deliver Maintenance Advisory work with trusted client relationships.
• Provide executive‑level strategic advice and lead client workshops and meetings.
• Serve as proposal lead and technical advisor on maintenance projects and ensure objectives are met.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to produce maintenance assessments, optimization, and lifecycle plans.
• Mentor staff and foster a high‑performance, inclusive culture.
• Lead Reliability‑Centered Maintenance studies and FMEA across sectors.
• Develop a maintenance methodologies for AMBA and train team members.
• Design lifecycle maintenance and overhaul strategies for infrastructure assets.
• Optimize preventive and corrective maintenance schedules to extend asset life.
