Job summary

WSP US Advisory seeks a senior leader to head the AMBA Maintenance Advisory Practice within Management Consulting. You will shape strategy, originate and sell work, and guide high‑quality delivery across transit, highways, aviation, and more.

You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, mentor staff, and develop maintenance strategies including RCM and FMECA, delivering measurable improvements in safety, reliability and value for public and private clients across infrastructure sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Industrial or Systems Engineering or closely related field.
• 10+ years of post-education experience in asset-intensive roles.
• 8+ years directly managing maintenance teams and supervisors in asset-intensive orgs.
• Proven track record in heavy maintenance operations and maintenance strategy.
• Experience with condition-based or reliability-centered maintenance programs.
• Experience pursuing new business opportunities and winning maintenance work.
• Excellent facilitation, presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the AMBA Maintenance Advisory Practice within Management Consulting.
• Originate, sell, and deliverMaintenance Advisory work with client relationships.
• Provide executive-level strategic advice on maintenance trends and methodologies.
• Lead proposals and technical work on maintenance projects with clear objectives and timelines.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams delivering maintenance assessments, optimization, RC/M, and lifecycle plans.
• Mentor staff and foster a high‑performance, inclusive culture.
• Lead Reliability-Centered Maintenance studies and FMEA across sectors.
• Develop methodologies and conduct internal training for the team.
• Design full lifecycle maintenance strategies for various infrastructure sectors.
